Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 200 g pork fillet, chicken fillet and beef fillet
  • 9 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1.5 kg Potatoes
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 1 glass (370 ml; separation weight: 190 g) Silver Onions
  • 1 glass (370 ml; separation weight: 190 g) Cornichons
  • 300 g Raclette cheese in slices, Gouda cheese in slices and Camembert
  • 12 Scampi (about 15 g each)
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 40 Wooden toothpicks

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut into small cubes and always skewer 3 pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meat in portions for 2-3 minutes until golden brown all round. Season with salt and pepper, place on a plate and set aside. Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Drain and peel hot.

    Meanwhile peel onions and cut into thin rings. Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion rings until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Heat the remaining oil and fry the slices briefly. Season with salt and pepper and put aside. Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Drain corn, silver onions and gherkins separately. Cut the camembert into slices and arrange all the cheese on a plate. Wash and peel the scampi. Put the bacon on a plate. Arrange remaining prepared ingredients in bowls or on plates.

Now fill small portions of the prepared ingredients into the pans as desired and grill them over the top of the pan. Fry meat and scampi on the plate
