Dorade with strawberries and tomato

Ingredients

  • 4 piece(s) Fillets of gilthead
  • 4 piece(s) green tomatoes
  • 4 piece(s) red tomatoes
  • 150 g European strawberries
  • 1 piece(s) Onion
  • 8 piece(s) black olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the middle part and cut into slices. You need 2 green and 2 red slices of tomatoes per person, cut the rest into small cubes. Cut the European strawberries and the onion into small cubes as well. Core the olives, fillet the lemon and cut both into small cubes. Mix the cubes together, add some olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper and add a touch of paprika powder.

    Dab the gilthead fillets, brush them with olive oil, salt them slightly and grill or fry them on the skin side for 2 minutes. Grill briefly from the other side and then remove from the grill. Lightly salt and pepper the tomato slices and season with balsamic vinegar. Place the strawberry salsa on a plate and the gilthead on top. Arrange the tomato slices next to it in light layers (like a fan).
