Chicken legs four times different: with peanut-chili crust

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g unsalted peanut kernels
  • 2 Chillies
  • 8 Chicken drumsticks (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Chop the peanuts. Clean and wash the chillies and remove the seeds. Chop the peppers, mix with peanuts. Wash chicken legs and pat dry.

    First turn the legs in flour, then pass through the egg, then turn in the peanut mixture and press lightly. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the drumsticks for about 15 minutes at medium heat, turning several times.

    Remove the legs and arrange on plates.
