Tomato-onion salad with Gouda

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 1 small vegetable onion
  • 500 g ripe tomatoes
  • 50 g old Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp or Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash parsley and, except for something to garnish, cut or chop into strips. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and garlic. Beat the oil well into the mixture

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Mix both with the marinade and arrange on plates. Cut or slice the cheese into thin slices and sprinkle over them. Garnish with remaining parsley
