Ingredients

  • 4–6 large savoy cabbage leaves
  • 600 g Carrots
  • 200 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 double plaice fillets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TSP Tomato pesto

Directions

    Wash the rabbit and pat dry. Cut into 8 pieces with a sharp knife and possibly with the help of a poultry shears. Rub with salt and pepper. Peel the shallots and cut them in half lengthwise.

    Wash the plaice fillets and dab dry. Cut the fillets in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper and spread with 1/2 tsp pesto on each

    Place the savoy cabbage leaves in a steamer tray. Spread the vegetables and plaice rolls on the leaves. Half fill a pan with water and bring to the boil. Close the steamer base tightly, place in boiling water and steam for 10-15 minutes
