Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 4 Vienna sausage
  • 4 Mini Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Hot-Dog Rolls
  • 20 g Roasted onions

Directions

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Halve the avocado and remove the core. Peel the skin off the flesh. Roughly dice the fruit flesh and put it in a tall cup with lemon juice and garlic, puree.

    Clean, wash and cut the chilli pepper, scrape out the seeds. Chop the pepper and mix it with the avocadomus. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix mayonnaise and curry. Heat the sausages in hot water.

    Wash the salad leaves and drain well. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into 8 thin slices. Slice the rolls lengthwise, but do not cut through. Cover each roll with 1 lettuce leaf and 4 slices of tomatoes.

    Season tomato slices with salt and pepper. Add approx. 2 tbsp. avocadomus, 1 sausage, curry mayonnaise and fried onions to each slice. Serve immediately.
