Coarsely crumble pumpernickel in the universal shredder. Roast in a hot pan, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over it and let it caramelize slightly. Spread flat on a tray or board and let it cool down. Mix quark, double cream, vanillin sugar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Finely chop the chocolate and mix with the pumpernickel. Layer pumpernickel, cream and groats in 4 glasses (250 ml each)
