  • 7-10 Tbsp Ingredients make approx. 275 ml:
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g Peanut kernels
  • 1 Pot of Thai basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON red curry paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Roast the nuts in it while turning, remove. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Chop the cooled nuts, 5 tbsp. oil and basil in a universal chopper. Stir in curry paste and season to taste with salt
