Sauté the meat in portions in hot oil. Season and remove. Fry onions and mushrooms
Put the meat back in the roaster. Sprinkle with flour, sweat. Add a good 3/4 l water, wine and cream, bring to the boil. Stir in broth. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Add peas after about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Spätzle taste good with it
