Ingredients

  • 1 Pear (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 10 g flaked almonds
  • 30 g Raspberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash the pear, grate dry, cut in half lengthwise so that one half of the stalk is preserved. Core the pear. Mix oil, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread the pear halves all around and place in a greased casserole dish with the cut surfaces facing downwards. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes until the pears are soft

    Meanwhile, roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down. Select the raspberries. Remove the pear, sprinkle with honey and serve with raspberries. Decorate with mint and sprinkle with almonds
