Colorful vegetable pan with mini dumplings

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Sweet pepper (e.g. red)
  • 1 big stick of leek
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 50-75 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers, leek and mushrooms. Cut the bacon into strips and fry them crisply in a large pan without fat. Then take out

    Add the dumplings to the hot bacon fat and fry for approx. 2 minutes, turning occasionally

    Add the vegetables and mushrooms to the pan and fry everything for about 5 minutes. Stir from time to time

    Add 1/8 l water and cream. Stir in stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Bind with sauce thickener. Fold in bacon. Season to taste
