Cherry-raspberry jam with vanilla

  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 400 g Sour cherries
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 package (500 g) Tropic preserving sugar

Directions

    Select the raspberries and wash them carefully. Wash cherries, remove stalks and stones. Weigh 500 g of fruit. Score the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.

    Bring the fruit, jam sugar, vanilla pulp and pod to the boil while stirring over high heat. Cook for at least 4 minutes until bubbly. Immediately fill to the brim into prepared glasses. Close and let cool upside down
