Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 ripe avocados (about 300 g each)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp spring onion rings and lemon wedge

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and place in a bowl. Peel garlic and chop finely. Add to the avocado with lemon juice and puree. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.

    Arrange in a bowl and garnish with spring onion rings and lemon wedge. Bagels taste good with it.
