Clinker menu Fondue / coconut broth with Mie noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 l K
  • 1 package (250 g) Japanese spun wheat flour noodles
  • 300 g Remaining vegetables from the fondue (e.g. Pak-Choi, carrots, corn)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Bring coconut stock to the boil in a pot. Add the noodles and cook for about 4-5 minutes (1-2 minutes longer than the package instructions). 2-3 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the remaining vegetables and cook.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary. Arrange noodles and vegetables with the broth in bowls.
