Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin oranges
  • 75 g tender biscuits or sponge fingers
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 pack of Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 7-10 Tbsp (without boiling; for 1/4 l milk)
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lemon balm

Directions

    Drain the mandarins on a sieve and collect the fruit juice

    Cookie or biscuit, up to 4 pieces for decoration, crumble coarsely. Sprinkle with 3-4 tbsp. mandarin juice

    Pour the cream into a high mixing bowl and add the sauce powder while stirring. Using the whisks of the hand mixer, first stir at lowest setting, then whip at highest setting for 3-5 minutes until creamy. Fold in the mandarins, up to 2 tbsp. and the quark

    Pour the soaked cookies into 4 dessert bowls. Spread mandarin quark cream over the cookies. Decorate with remaining cookies, mandarin wedges and lemon balm as desired
