- 1 kg Quark
- 6 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 250 g Margarine
- 250 g Sugar
- 2 package/s Baking Powder
- 2 package/s Vanilla sugar
- 1 some lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a springform pan at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for about 1 hour
