Choco-Coco-Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 2 bags Chai-tea
  • 100 ml Soy milk
  • 200 ml Soy Yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey

Directions

    Boil up coconut milk with cocoa powder. Hang the chai tea bag in it and let it brew covered for 7 minutes.

    In the meantime, warm the soy milk in a small pot, salt it slightly and sweeten it. Use a hand blender to foam it up and remove it from the stove.

    Take tea bags out of the coconut milk and squeeze them out. Mix the coconut milk with soy yoghurt and honey, sweeten a little more as desired and divide between two glasses. Layer the warm soy milk foam on top and pour in the milk. Serve the chai latte.
