Paprika escalope on toast

Ingredients

  • 2 small turkey escalopes (approx. 100 g each)
  • 1/2 Vegetable Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Steak Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 washer Wholemeal toast
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges and flat parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat together with the onion rings for 4-6 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    In the meantime toast bread. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into rings. Wash the salad and dab dry. Cover the toast with lettuce, pepper rings, turkey escalope and onion and serve on a board, garnished with lemon wedges and parsley as desired
