  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 100 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 250 g cream quark (40 % fat)
  • 1 (600 g) Cup of French dessert with cream cheese (Nicovanille)
  • 2 (370 ml each) Glasses of apple compote (with pieces, sugared)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slice and mint leaves

    Fill the lady fingers into a large freezer bag and crumble them coarsely with a kitchen roll. Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix the curd and nicovanilla with the whisk of the hand mixer. Layer the lady fingers, apple compote, nuts and vanilla cream in a bowl and serve decorated with a slice of apple and mint leaves as desired
