Baked apples with vanilla egg liqueur

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 l Whole milk
  • 2 packages Vanilla sauce
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 10 Apples, 10 dominos
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1⁄4 l Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 large aluminium bowl, aluminium foil

Directions

    3⁄4 l Heat up milk. Mix sauce powder, sugar and remaining milk. Stir into the hot milk and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Let it cool down. Stir more often

    Wash the apples and generously cut out the cores. Press dominoes into the apples. Grease the aluminium bowl and put the apples inside. Sprinkle with almonds and pour on apple juice. Close the mould with foil. Fry on the hot grill for 20-30 minutes

    Cut the sauce in half. Stir under one half of eggnog. Dust the baked apples with icing sugar. Add the sauces
