500 g Strawberries
1 untreated limes
2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
150 g Whipped cream
1 package Vanillin sugar
100 g clotted cream
7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

Washing and cleaning strawberries. Possibly halve them. Squeeze 1 lime. Mix juice and sugar. Pour over the fruit. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

Whip whipped cream and vanilla sugar until half stiff, stir in sour cream. Wash and pluck the lemon balm. Wash 1 lime. Cut into 4 thin slices. Serve strawberries with juice. Decorate with cream and lemon balm
