Wash and drain the rocket. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan.
Sauté the tomatoes for about 2 minutes. Deglaze tomatoes with tomato juice, add capers and simmer covered for another 4-5 minutes. Wash meat and cut into thin slices across the fibre. Brush a coated pan with a few drops of oil.
Fry the meat for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Season the meat with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm. Add the rocket and about 2 tablespoons of water to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until translucent.
Season with salt and pepper. Season tomatoes with salt, pepper and sugar as well. Drain noodles and season with meat, sauce and rocket.
