Ingredients

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp or small tomatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g green and
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives with stone
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cloves
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1/2 l Oil (e.g. "Basilico")

Directions

    Wash, clean and dry the tomatoes. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into rings. Blanch briefly in boiling water, then pat dry.

    Pour the prepared ingredients, olives, cloves and salt into clean glasses so that they are 2/3 full. Pour on the oil until everything is covered. Close glasses tightly. Leave to stand for at least 2 days
