Apple fritters with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 4-6 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 75 ml White wine
  • 75 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5-8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon

Directions

    Stir 6 tablespoons of milk, sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in sauce powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Let cool down

    Stir egg, wine, flour and 1 pinch of salt until smooth. Leave to swell for about 10 minutes. Peel apples and remove the core with an apple corer. Cut apples into about 12 rings and sprinkle with lemon juice

    Heat the oil in a pan. Dab apple rings dry, pull them through the dough and bake them in portions in hot oil until golden brown. Take them out and let them drip off on kitchen paper. Mix cinnamon and 2-4 tbsp. sugar. Turn the apple fritters in it and serve with sauce
