Peel and cut carrots into small pieces, bring water to the boil.
Cut meat into small strips, dice mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions.
Cook the carrots in hot water.
Heat the oil in a large pan and then fry the meat.
Gradually add the other ingredients to the meat and fry (carrots after 10 minutes cooking time - onions - mushrooms - peppers - tomatoes last)
Cook the pasta in hot water according to the package recommendations.
Deglaze the pan with coconut milk and season the whole thing with everything you have.
Drain and add the pasta after cooking time and mix thoroughly. Then season again!
When ready, add coriander in small pieces and sprinkle with cheese.
Put everything on plates and then eat it. A Grey Burgundy or an Astra goes with it. Bon appetit!
