Ingredients

  • 200 g cleaned strawberries
  • 170 g cleaned raspberries and red currants
  • 110 g cleaned, pitted sour cherries
  • 1/4 l cherry fruit juice drink ( for diabetics
  • 7-10 Tbsp suitable; with sweetener)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bitter Almond Flavour
  • 7-10 Tbsp peel of 1 untreated lemon
  • 20 g cornstarch or
  • 2-3 g plant-based Binders
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Diabetic pastries

Directions

    Wash the fruit and let it drip off. Boil up cherry juice, up to 6 tablespoons, aroma and lemon peel. Stir starch and the rest of the cherry juice until smooth, stir into the juice (sprinkle in vegetable binding agent untouched). Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Fold in fruits. Sweeten with sweetener

    Let the groats cool down, remove lemon peel. Whip cream until semi-stiff and add to the mixture. Decorate with pastry as desired
