Wash the fruit and let it drip off. Boil up cherry juice, up to 6 tablespoons, aroma and lemon peel. Stir starch and the rest of the cherry juice until smooth, stir into the juice (sprinkle in vegetable binding agent untouched). Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Fold in fruits. Sweeten with sweetener
Let the groats cool down, remove lemon peel. Whip cream until semi-stiff and add to the mixture. Decorate with pastry as desired
