Mix egg, sugar and salt. Stir in milk. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture. Bring the juice to the boil, except for 4 tablespoons. Stir sauce powder and juice until smooth and bind apple juice, bring to the boil again.
Carefully fold in the berry mixture. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the dough into a disposable piping bag and cut an opening (approx. 0.5 cm Ø). Spray the dough into the hot oil in a spiral starting from the middle of the pan.
Fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Bake another 3 crêpes from the remaining dough. Whip the cream until stiff. Arrange crêpes with cream and berry sauce on plates. Dust with icing sugar.
