Nougat mousse with pears

Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g firm nut nougat mass
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Pear
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 20 g Butter
  • 40 g Hazelnut kernels

Directions

    Chop the chocolate coating. Heat the cream in a saucepan, turn off the heat and melt the nougat and chocolate while stirring. Pour the nougat cream into a bowl, let it cool down and chill for at least 4 hours

    Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core. Cut each quarter into 3 columns. Melt the sugar in a pan. Add butter and 6 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil and simmer until the caramel has dissolved. Cut nuts into slices and roast them in a pan without fat while turning. Add 3 tbsp. caramel and toss the nuts in it. Add the pear slices to the caramel, bring to the boil and steam in the caramel for approx. 1 minute, turning

    Briefly whip the nougat cream with the whisk of the hand mixer. Arrange nougat mousse, pears and nuts
