Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices as well. Wash, quarter, core and slice the apple. Drain peaches and dice 2-3 halves. Mix lemon juice, peach liqueur and 50 g sugar.
Sprinkle kiwis, oranges and apple with it and let it steep a little. Puree the rest of the peaches. Stir with mascarpone, quark, yoghurt and remaining sugar until smooth. Arrange the marinated fruit on plates and arrange the cream on top. Sprinkle with peach cubes and serve decorated with melissa. Serve with fine wafer rolls
