Chop dark chocolate. Mix 5 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk in a pot. Stir in the pudding powder and let it simmer for about 1 minute while stirring.
Dissolve chocolate in hot pudding. Stir in liqueur and season with cinnamon. Let the pudding cool down. Then divide into four dessert glasses and put them in a cool place for about 1 hour.
Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Pour cream into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout and squirt onto the chocolate cream. Decorate each with chocolate bars and pistachios.
