Woodruff jelly with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Woodruff
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 1 package gelatine crystals
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Forest master syrup
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1/2 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Wash the woodruff, shake dry. Boil up the apple juice and the woodruff, except for something to decorate. Leave to stand in hot juice for 5 minutes. Pour juice through a sieve, catch it. Stir in gelatine and syrup. The gelatine must dissolve.

    Pour the jelly into glasses and chill. Bring milk to the boil, except for 2 tablespoons. Stir sauce powder, sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Stir into the boiling milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and put in a cool place. Arrange the jelly with the sauce and decorate with woodruff
