Fry the minced meat in oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the diced onions in the same pan. Deglaze with broth and add tomato paste. Then add the tomatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Layer the Kritharaki alternately with the meat in an ovenproof dish. Distribute the feta cheese in between. Start and finish with the noodles. Pour the tomato sauce over them. Finally pour the cream evenly on top. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes
