Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 spring onion (about 30 g)
  • 1/2 rote Paprika shot (approx. 80 g)
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stems Thyme
  • 4–5 stalks of chives
  • 2 stems flat leaf parsley
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 40 g Glass noodles
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Chili Flakes
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable broth powder

Directions

    Rinse meat cold, dab dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning. Remove the pan from the heat, place a lid on it and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onion and cut into fine rings. Peppers clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Wash, drain and halve the tomatoes. Wash herbs, shake dry, cut chives into fine rolls, strip leaves from the remaining herbs and chop finely.

    Cut the meat into slices and fill it with peas, paprika, spring onion, tomatoes, noodles, herbs, chilli and broth into a glass (approx. 500 ml content) which can be closed well. Shortly before consumption, add boiling water, stir and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
