  • 500 ml Rapeseed plus sunflower oil
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 5 Hazelnut kernels

Directions

    Pour oil into a bottle, add the cinnamon stick. Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise, scrape out the pulp. Chop hazelnuts coarsely. Add the hazelnuts, vanilla pod and pulp to the oil in the bottle. Let the oil steep for 3-4 weeks
