Salmon kebab with garlic sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Roman salad heart
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, chili powder, sugar
  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS oil, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON roasted sesame

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Peel onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes and lettuce

    Cut the avocado in half, stone, peel, chop finely and drizzle with juice. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with yoghurt and crème fraîche. Season with salt, chilli and a little sugar

    Bake the bread for about 5 minutes. Wash, dry and dice the salmon. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with salad ingredients and sesame

    Quarter the bread and cut a pocket into each. Fill with salad and pour some sauce over it. Garnish with chilli powder if desired. Add the rest of the sauce
