Gyros corners with turkey

Ingredients

  • 200 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Gyros spice salt
  • 1/4 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 8 Olives (without stone)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 100 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 (250 g; e.g. with sesame seeds) small pita bread

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix oil and gyros spice. Mix with the meat and let it stand for about 10 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut olives into slices as well. Wash chives, cut into small rolls and stir into the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat a pan. Fry the meat in the marinade for approx. 4 minutes while turning. Cut the bread into quarters and cut a pocket in each. Fill the bread chunks with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, meat and sauce
