Mix 4 tablespoons of milk, sugar and pudding powder. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, add the pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Allow to cool slightly, stirring well several times at intervals. Pour into dessert glasses. Spread the mocha beans with it, except for a few for decoration.
Leave to cool completely. Whip the cream until semi-solid, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Distribute over the individual portions. Serve decorated with remaining mocha beans and mint leaves
