  • 3 kg Strawberries
  • 3 Gelling sugar

Directions

    Wash strawberries Cut off green leaves Bend strawberries 1 kg strawberries 1/2 kg sugar Mix sugar and strawberries well in a large saucepan

    Mash sugar and strawberries with a hand blender while stirring at high heat for about 3 minutes bring to boil Caution: Strawberry puree foams

    Put strawberry jam filled to the brim into jars Close lid and turn glass upside down
