Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Peel and slice the onion. Peel and chop the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes for about 15 minutes while turning.
Season with salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a second pan. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. After 3 minutes add paprika, onion and rosemary.
Remove the meat and keep it warm. Fry the bell pepper and onion for another 3 minutes while turning. Season with salt. Arrange meat, bell pepper and potatoes on plates and garnish with rosemary.
