Peach with macaroon cap

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l cold milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla"
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almonds (with skin)
  • 50 g candied ginger
  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 Protein
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 TABLESPOON flaked almonds
  • 2 coated tablespoons of sugar

Directions

    Pour milk into a mixing cup. Stir in sauce powder with a whisk. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute, chill

    Chop almonds and ginger. Grate marzipan coarsely and mix with egg white until smooth. Stir in almonds and ginger

    Wash the peaches, halve them and remove the stone. Put the halves in an ovenproof dish. Spread the marzipan mixture on the peach halves. Sprinkle with almond flakes and sugar

    Bake the peaches in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Stir the sauce again and serve with the peaches
