Mascarpone cream with peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (850 ml, drained weight 500 g) Peaches
  • 50 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 350 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 cl Orange Liqueur
  • 1 package (6 g) "Fine Orange Fruit"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm leaves

Directions

    Drain the peaches. Chop the couverture and melt in a water bath. Mix mascarpone and yoghurt. Add vanillin sugar, sugar, orange liqueur and fruit. Dice the peaches and divide into four dessert glasses.

    Pour cream on it. Pull the chocolate coating as threads over the dessert. Decorate as desired with lemon balm leaves.
