Ingredients

  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 20 g Roasted onions
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Garlic powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1/2 TEASPOON grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 50 g Mango chutney
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Lime
  • 4 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 6 Hamburger roll with sesame seeds
  • 6 Salad leaves
  • 12 Cornichons
  • 6 red chillies
  • 6 wooden skewers

Directions

    Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons of water, fried onions, mustard and egg. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Form 6 burgers from the minced meat mixture. Put them in a cold place. Mix mayonnaise and chutney

    Mix mayonnaise and chutney. Peel and finely dice the mango. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash spring onion and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the lime hot, grate dry and finely grate the peel. Halve lime and squeeze. Wash coriander, shake dry, remove leaves and chop finely. Mix everything in a bowl, season with salt and pepper

    Wash the cucumber, grate dry and slice finely. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half crosswise. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Put the salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, fold in 2 tablespoons of oil and mix with vinegar. Pour dressing over the salad

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers for about 15 minutes, turning them over until golden brown. Halve the rolls and spread with mayonnaise. Cover each roll with a salad leaf, a hamburger and some mango salsa. Put the top of the buns on top, pin gherkins with wooden skewers onto the burger. Serve the cucumber and tomato salad with the burger. Garnish with 1 chilli pepper each
