Cheese sticks with sesame dip

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 3 discs (à 75 g) frozen puff pastry
  • 1 egg yolk, 5-6 tablespoons milk
  • 100 g stiff sour cream
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the dough sheets next to each other and let them thaw. Grate cheese. Mix egg yolk and 1 tbsp. milk

    Cut plates lengthwise into strips of approx. 2 cm width and turn each into a spiral (results in approx. 15 pieces). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown

    Stir sour cream, quark and 4-5 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Peel garlic and press it directly into the quark. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Stir into the dip except for a little garnish

    Roast sesame seeds without fat, stir into the dip. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange in a small bowl and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions. Add cheese sticks
