  • 1 collar Chives
  • 40 g roasted salted peanuts
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese

Directions

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rings. Chop peanuts and mix with chives. Cut off some of the cream cheese with a teaspoon and shape into small balls with moistened hands.

    Roll balls through the chives-peanut mixture and arrange on a plate.
