Potato pancakes

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 5 large Potatoes
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 bundle Chives
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 glass Applesauce

Directions

    Grate potatoes & onions with a grater (caution: the onions are round...)

  2. 2

    Cut the leek into small pieces and add. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and then season with nutmeg. Add egg and mix.

    Fry in hot oil in a pan at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Applesauce tastes good with it. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
