Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg medium-sized potatoes
  • 250 g red and yellow peppers
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 60 g pitted black olives
  • 2 Onions
  • 8-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 500 g Salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 package (150 g) Cream cheese with Provencal herbs
  • 125 g Crème-fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme and rosemary
  • 1 (approx. 570 g) Mango
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 12 discs Kasseler cold cuts (à approx. 25 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 packages (220 g each, drained weight 125 g) Mozzarella
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 1 jar (125 g) Pesto (basil sauce)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 15 g fresh ginger
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Coriander seeds
  • 2 red chillies
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Terriyaki marinade
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 1 (approx. 325 g) double chicken filet
  • 1 collar (approx. 175 g) Spring onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 6 discs Raclette cheese (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1 collar Coriander green

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cover and cook in plenty of boiling water for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and drain the vegetables. Peppers in fine strips, zucchini in slices. Cut olives into slices. Peel onions and also cut them into fine slices. Pour olive oil into a small carafe. Arrange vegetables in small bowls or on a plate. Cut feta cheese into pieces as desired. Arrange cheese on a plate. Wash salmon fillet, dab dry, remove bones. Cut fillet lengthwise in half and cut into thin slices. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Put in a cool place. Wash parsley and chives, dab dry and chop or cut into small rolls, except for a little garnish. Mix cream cheese and crème-fraîche. Mix with salt and pepper, place in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Remove the skin from the potatoes and keep the potatoes warm. Peel the mango and cut it into slices from the stone. Dice the cheese. Roll up slices of sliced pork. Fill curry and paprika in small bowls. Wash mint, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Wash basil, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Chop half of it finely, put the remaining leaves aside. Mix chopped basil with the pesto. For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Crush the coriander seeds. Halve the chillies lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into rings. Mix the remaining lemon juice, Terriyaki marinade, garlic, coriander, ginger and chilli. Whip soy oil into the mixture. Clean and wash the chicken fillet, dab dry with kitchen paper, cut into thin slices, add to the marinade and chill. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into diagonal slices. Clean the mushrooms, halve or slice them as desired. Clean and wash the sprouts, put them in boiling salted water and cook for about 1 minute. Pour onto a sieve and drain well. Cut cheese slices in half. Wash the coriander greens, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Place all ingredients in small bowls, on plates or platters around the raclette machine on the table. Now everybody can arrange his pans according to his taste

    Put the zucchini, peppers, onions, feta cheese and olives in a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Bake seasoned with paprika powder, pepper, a little salt, thyme and rosemary. Cut a boiled potato into slices and eat with it

    Cut small potatoes in half and put them in a pan with salmon. Add a dash of herb cream cheese and bake. Sprinkle with ground pepper and chives

    Put the mango slices and smoked pork loin in a pan and cover with cheese. Dust with curry and bake. Garnish with mint leaves as desired

    Cut the potatoes into slices as desired, put the potatoes, tomato slices and mozzarella slices in a pan. Spread a spot of pesto on top. Drizzle with olive oil and bake. Garnish with basil leaves
