Wash the strawberries, drain well and, except for
3 pieces for decorating, cleaning. Halve or quarter depending on size
Puree 50 g strawberries and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, set aside. Sprinkle the remaining strawberries with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and cover and leave to stand for about 15 minutes
Mix mascarpone and curd. Season to taste with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar and liqueur or orange juice. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Fold half into the mascarpone quark
Fill strawberries into a bowl. Pour mascarpone curd over it. Spray the rest of the cream as tuffs on top. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices. Decorate the dessert with strawberry slices and puree
