Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 12 (à 25 g) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package (220 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 discs (8 g each) Pepper Salami
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into 4 slices. Cut mozzarella slices into three. Skewer a tomato, a piece of mozzarella and a slice of salami on each wooden skewer.

    Mix vinegar, salt and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Arrange three wooden skewers on each plate. Drizzle with vinaigrette, sprinkle with pepper and serve garnished with basil leaves as desired.

    Italian white bread tastes good with it.
