Salmon-Matjes-Tatar on cucumber

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Essig, 1 Tbsp Öl
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • 1 (80 g) Matt fillet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 4 TSP Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and untreated lemon

Directions

    Mix mustard, honey, vinegar and oil. Wash the dill, chop finely and stir into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Dice salmon and matie very finely. Peel and chop the onion and mix it with the fish. Season to taste with pepper

    Clean, wash and possibly peel the cucumber. Slice or cut into thin slices and spread on 4 plates. Arrange the tartar on them

    Spread 1 teaspoon of crème fraîche on each tartar. Sprinkle everything with honey-mustard sauce and garnish with dill and lemon slices. Tastes good with baguette

    Drink: ice cold Aquavit
