Smoked salmon on cucumber salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TABLESPOONS (approx. 60 g) Salad cream
  • 4 tablespoons (100 g) Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 1/2-1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1/2-1 collar Dill
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Head lettuce (e.g. pickled or Batavia lettuce)
  • 4 discs smoked salmon (about 40 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime or lemon wedges

Directions

    Mix salad cream and yoghurt in a bowl. Season to taste with grated horseradish, honey, salt and pepper

    Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely. Stir half the dill into the salad dressing

    Clean and wash the cucumber or peel the cucumber. Cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the salad and pluck smaller. Serve both with salmon and some sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the dill and garnish with lime or lemon wedges as desired.
